All in-person sales are final sales. All internet sales qualify for exchanges or store credit within 7 days of original purchase and only with advanced approval from Smokin' Haute. Upon approval, Smokin' Haute will issue an R.A. #. All exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. No shipping charges will be refunded. You may return for store credit or exchange only after inspection of the merchandise. Any merchandise returned for exchange or store credit must be in it's original, NEW condition, with all tags attached-no exceptions. All sale items or promotional items have no warranty, they are final and not eligible for store credit or exchanges.
All in stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment. If items is not in stock, we will notify you by telephone or email. Merchandise returned for exchange or store credit after 7 days is subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Local deliveries, please call for a quote. If you are outside the DFW area and for small items, we ship USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, FED/Ex or UPS. We try to offer you the quickest and best value. For areas outside our local service, call for quote on large items. We take pride in our fast turnaround, if we have it in stock, we will ship it to you within 2-3 business days. If you need it on a rush, please email or call us with your request.
Personal information that is provided by our customers (your name, email, mailing address, phone numbers, credit card numbers) is strictly used to process your web store transactions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to outside parties. We process all transactions through a secure gateway server to protect both the buyer and the seller.
All custom orders are final sales and payment is due upfront prior to start of project.
